Delivery Options

 

Option 1
Standard Delivery
Delivery within 1 to 5 days.
Orders must be placed by 9pm for next day standard delivery in Jeddah.
Orders must be placed by 11 pm for next standard delivery in other Provinces (1-5 days).
Complimentary delivery on all orders.

 

 

Rules & Restrictions
All orders are shipped by Aramex.
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

 

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once it has been processed and is shipped, you will receive an email updating you on the order's status and your unique tracking number. This can be used to track the shipment directly with the ARAMEX, who will get in touch with you to schedule the delivery.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

 

Our courier does not operate on Fridays. If you wish to receive your purchase on a Saturday (Jeddah Only), please place your order before 9pm on a Thursday to ensure timely delivery.

 

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

 

The standard delivery time is between 1 to 5 business days. This service is complimentary for all orders.

 

Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. All orders to Jeddah are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days in addition to the Public Holiday Period. All orders to other provinces are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days in addition to the Public Holiday Period.

 

 

Delivery Address
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we will contact you prior to delivery to confirm address details, please make sure a valid local contact number is provided during the order process.
